DARKangel theme

DARKangel is a dark and orange looking theme for SMF2 RC-3. It has very similar codings with Curve theme. Almost all modifications should work with this theme since it uses 2 templates index.template and boardindex. However, boardindex has only one small change. "catbg -> catbg11, and cat-bar -> cat-bar11." Hence, you can assume that the theme is only using index.template, and there are just css code changes from smf curve theme.
